Sacred Wave Hawaii offers store credit for new and unused returned items within 30 days of delivery date. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Once the items are returned and we confirm that the product is in good condition, we will activate your store credit. Store credit is only valid for direct purchases from Sacred Wave Hawaii. Store credit is valid for 6 months. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Store credit will reflect the purchase price only.

If, within six months of purchase there is damage due to mishandling (including the fracture of gemstones) a replacement may be deemed eligible for half the original cost of the original item. If eligible, the item must be returned with all parts to Sacred Wave. The item will be repaired within 6 weeks prior to shipping. Sacred Wave employs intricate detail and skill to create each piece, taking at the minimum many hours and maximum several days. Gemstones are genuine and are sometimes sourced from vendors from across the globe, sometimes taking weeks to receive the materials to create each special piece.

You can design custom necklaces. Please email and describe your perfect piece: length, gemstone type (smooth vs. faceted, thickness), silk color, clasp type. Allow 4-6 weeks for your custom piece to be handcrafted for you. Available for shipping August - May, 2025.

Free shipping for orders over $150 or USPS Priority shipping is $15.00  Your jewelry will arrive in a fabric bag. All shipping materials are compostable and we package your piece in thrifted packing materials to decrease our environmental impact

Jewelry should be handled with care and worn gently. Any jewelry with metal clasps and charms need to be more carefully cared for- refrain from tugging. These may be gold-filled, gold-plated,  or  vermeil   findings.  Look  at  the  description of  each  item carefully  to  determine the  need to be removed prior to swimming, showering or working out. Avoid  perfumes,  lotions,  and any  other  potentially  harmful  chemicals.

Take  care  in  storing  and  be  careful  not  to  drop your  creation  as  gemstones  can  cleave  with  force  due  to  their  fragile  crystalline  makeup.  Each  crystal  type  has  it’s  own  hardness  rating  and  many  are  fragile.  Some  crystals  may  not  be  water  loving,  so  please  err  on  the  side  of  caution  and  refrain  from  contact  with  moisture  unless  noted  in  the  description.
