Sacred Wave employs intricate detail and skill to create each piece, taking at the minimum many hours and maximum several days. Gemstones are genuine and are often sourced from vendors from all over the world, sometimes taking weeks to receive the materials to create each special piece. Thus, all sales are final. Jewelry should be handled with care and worn gently. Refrain from tugging. If, within six months of purchase there is damage due to mishandling (including the fracture of gemstones) a replacement may be deemed eligible for half the original cost of the original item. If eligible, the item must be returned with all parts to Sacred Wave. The item will be repaired within 6 weeks prior to shipping. Eligibility for item replacement will be a the discretion of Sacred Wave. Email us with replacement inquiries. Thank you kindly for understanding our policy!
