Returns and Replacements
At Sacred Wave Hawaii, each piece of jewelry is handmade with care using natural gemstones, pearls, and silk knotting. Because every design is one-of-a-kind, we strive to make our policies both transparent and fair.
Returns (Store Credit Only)
We accept returns for store credit on new and unused items within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition.
- Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued for the purchase price only (shipping costs are non-refundable).
- Store credit is valid for 6 months and may be used only for direct purchases from Sacred Wave Hawaii.
Replacements & Repairs
Our jewelry is made to last when handled gently. Please avoid pulling, tugging, or exposing your pieces to excessive force or liquids.
If damage occurs within six months of purchase, you may be eligible for a replacement or repair at 50% of the original purchase price.
- Eligibility is at the sole discretion of Sacred Wave Hawaii and requires that the damaged item (with all original parts) be returned to us.
- Approved repairs are typically completed within 6 weeks prior to return shipping.
