At Sacred Wave Hawaii, each piece of jewelry is handmade with care, using natural gemstones, pearls, and silk knotting. Because every piece is unique, we want to ensure our policies are transparent and fair.

• We accept returns for store credit on new and unused items within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition.
• Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued for the purchase price only (shipping costs are non-refundable).
• Store credit is valid for 6 months and may be used only for direct purchases from Sacred Wave Hawaii.
  

• Jewelry should be handled gently. Please avoid pulling, tugging, or exposing pieces to excessive force.
• If damage occurs within six months of purchase, you may be eligible for a replacement or repair at 50% of the original purchase price.
• Eligibility is at the sole discretion of Sacred Wave Hawaii and requires that the damaged item (with all original parts) be returned to us.
• Approved repairs will be completed within 6 weeks prior to return shipping.
