Each  piece  is  100%  unique,  and  meticulously  hand-knotted  to  protect  each  gemstone, pearl, or  shell  bead.   Every  puka  shell  is  locally  sourced  and  no  two  are  the  same.   Gemstones  are  brought  from  around  the  world  to  Hawaii.  The  colors  and  names  of  each  item  are  inspired  by  the  aina ,  people,  culture,  values,  flora  and  fauna  of  Hawaiia  nei.  

Physically,  every  type  of  fascinating  gemstone  has  a  unique  origin,  chemical  property  and  characteristcs.  Likewise,  each  stone  is  said  to  possess  a  property  for  affecting  physical,  mental, and  spiritual  energy.    The  gemstone  choices  are  carefully  made  by  the  artist  to  harness  the  mystical  nature  of  the  Fibonacci  pattern,  a  deep  love  for  color,  and  the  power  that  each  gemstone  possesses.

Any jewelry  with metal clasps and charms need to be more carefully cared for. These may  be  gold filled,  gold  plated,  or  vermeil   findings.  Look  at  the  description of  each  item carefully  to  determine the  need to be removed prior to swimming, showering or working out. Avoid  perfumes,  lotions,  and any  other  potentially  harmful  chemicals.

Take  care  in  storing  and  be  careful  not  to  drop your  creation  as  gemstones  can  cleave  with  force  due  to  their  fragile  crystalline  makeup.  Each  crystal  type  has  it’s  own  hardness  rating  and  many  are  fragile.  Some  crystals  may  not  be  water  loving,  so  please  err  on  the  side  of  caution  and  refrain  from  contact  with  moisture  unless  noted  in  the  description.
